Tyne Valley Film Festival takes place every March with an exciting programme of cinematic events that spans the Tyne Valley and surrounding areas.

From preview films and premieres to archive and re-releases. Collaborations with musicians and artists, community groups and film clubs. There’s something on offer for everyone in our annual two week celebration of film.

We bring the cinema to you with screenings across multiple venues, from village halls to familiar cultural spaces. Our festival hub is Forum Cinema Hexham.
