Otto Baxter is 35 years old and living with Down Syndrome. For the past six years he’s been writing and directing a foul-mouthed, autobiographical comedy-horror-musical set in Victorian London. We follow his creative process in the documentary and enjoy his unique vision in the following short, The Puppet Asylum.
