About Humshaugh Arts Programme

Humshaugh Arts Programme was formed in March 2012 as a not for profit group organising a varied selection of Arts events in Humshaugh Village Hall. They have a monthly film screening from October to April showing classics such as West Side Story, Get Carter, 2001 A Space Odyssey with a pre screening talk, animated films such as Mary and Max, Isle of Dogs and foreign films eg Woman at War. We have also hosted a Baroque String Quartet, a Recorder Orchestra, a Jazz Café, The Brothers Gillespie and most recently the Folk musician Bob Fox. Other events include Poetry and Storytelling evenings and visits from the wonderful Lawnmowers Theatre Company.
