Hop in your DeLorean and join us on Hexham Abbey's beautiful cloister lawn as we go Back to the Future with this special summer evening screening, hosted by Tyne Valley Film Festival.

Michael J Fox stars as the loveable Marty McFly, an 80’s teen who is blasted back to 1955 by the eccentric inventor Doc Brown. He finds himself mixed up in a time-altering chain reaction that could vaporise his future and leave him trapped in the past. It’s up to Marty and Doc to repair the damage to History.

This screening is ticketed and will take place on the grass lawn next to Hexham Abbey's cloister porch. We advise you to bring your own chair and blanket. Please note that poor weather will not affect our screening – come prepared depending on the forecast.

You may enter via Beaumont Street from 7:15, with the film starting once the sun goes down after 7:30.

Membership discounts are NOT valid for this special screening. Groups of 4 are entitled to a discounted ticket of £12.50. Groups of more than 4 are advised to book tickets in person or over the phone to claim this discount.
